I met with Dana and Chris on Tuesday to go over the schedule for the next two months. We sat down for about forty minutes and talked through the main dates. I brought a printed list of when each of us will be out of town, and that helped a lot. We agreed to move the Thursday check-in from 2 PM to 11 AM starting next week. Dana asked if we could keep the Friday slot at 9 AM, and I said that still works for me. I also said I would send a short note after each meeting with what we decided and who is doing what. Chris offered to set up a shared calendar so we stop losing track of canceled times. I think the next meeting will go faster now that we have the schedule in one place.

I am still waiting to hear back from everyone about the meeting next week. I asked twice about a time that works, and I have not gotten a clear answer yet. I can do Tuesday after 2 PM, and I can do Thursday morning before 11. I think those are my only open blocks because I have other appointments on Monday and Wednesday. I will send one more message today, and if no one replies by Friday, I will just set the meeting for Thursday at 9:30. I know that time works for me, and I know it worked for two other people last month. I would rather lock it in than keep waiting.
