T&Cs updates

This October, we’re updating our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). You’ll need to review and accept them to keep using Vinted.

Here's a quick overview of the main changes:

• If your Vinted Balance Provider can’t verify that your bank account and Vinted Balance details match, you may need to update them before using your Vinted Balance or receiving a payout.
• If you delete your Vinted account, your Vinted Balance Provider may also be requested to close your Vinted Balance.
• We’ve updated and clarified Section 7, which covers how Vinted handles community concerns and moderation.
• The Buyer Protection fee will be renamed to Vinted fee. This is not a new or additional fee – it’s still calculated the same way and remains visible throughout checkout. For details, check the Help Centre. Rest assured, all support and protections continue to apply when you buy or sell through Vinted.
• We’ve updated how items proven to be counterfeit during the Electronics Verification Service may be handled. You’ll find the full details in Section 17.
