Hello Adam,
The latest Calendesk update is here.
We've shipped 21 changes in one go. Six of them change something in your daily work straight away.
Clients book in the order you set. In the new calendar section of the website builder you pick one of six booking flows: starting with the service, the location or the staff member. There's also a search for services and staff, and online locations are split into separate channels, so the client chooses from the integrations you've added: Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp or Teams.
Embed the calendar on your own site without guesswork. The new embed builder shows a clickable preview on a browser mockup before you change anything on your site. You also get step-by-step instructions for WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and four other platforms, with an honest note on where a given option won't work.
Duplicate availability schedules and plan them in periods. You can now duplicate an existing availability schedule with one click. Assign several schedules to one employee and give each a validity period. A holiday schedule for July, the standard one for the rest of the year. Set it up once and the system switches between them on its own.
Calendesk works in Claude AI. Every employee connects the Calendesk connector with their own panel login and asks in the chat: "What's on my schedule tomorrow?", "Book Anna in for Friday at 10:00". The connector runs on that employee's permissions, so there's no risk of anyone seeing information they shouldn't.
Booking numbers disappear from what your clients see. One switch in Settings, under Platform, removes booking and transaction numbers from the Stripe payment page, the confirmation, the customer panel, the default emails and the item name on the invoice. You still see them in the panel. If these numbers never bothered you, there's nothing to do: IDs stay on by default.
Merge two accounts of the same client into one. On the client list you select two to five accounts and pick the one that stays. Bookings and notification history move to the chosen account, duplicate accounts disappear. The operation can't be undone, and the system won't merge accounts with payments or subscriptions.
On top of that:
- an email address change now needs link confirmation, and the old address gets a notification (you can edit both emails in Templates),
- the panel on your phone has a bottom menu instead of a hamburger, with a new booking right under your thumb,
- the Calendesk panel is available in French for employees,
- we've added stronger colours in the calendar,
- we've added autosave and version rollback in the website builder,
- we've introduced a per-client booking limit, e.g. three bookings per 30 days,
- we've introduced custom values in booking and reminder settings.
Everything described above is already live in your panel.
