I checked the shared calendar this morning for the meeting times. We had agreed on Tuesday at 9 AM for the next one. My own schedule changed because of a doctor's appointment on that day. I called Maria, and she said Thursday works better for her too. I sent a note to everyone with a new time of 2 PM on Thursday. The room was already booked for that slot, so nothing else needs to be reserved. I will bring the same printed agenda from last week since no one sent me new items.

I'm going to the meeting next Tuesday, not Monday like before. It's at the downtown office, same building as last time. I checked the calendar and it starts at 9:15 AM, so I'll leave my house by 8:30. I need to bring the updated paperwork plus the folder with last quarter's numbers. I don't think lunch will be provided, so I'll pack a sandwich. I'm planning to sit near the door in case I need to leave a few minutes early.
