I need to lock down the meeting time for next week before I send the reminder out. I was looking at my calendar this morning, and Tuesday is already full. Wednesday has a dentist appointment at 2 PM, so that is out. Thursday is open in the afternoon, which would work. Last time we met on a Monday at 9 AM, and that felt too early for a few people. I am thinking Thursday at 1 PM might be better. I will check with Sam and Priya tonight and then send a confirmation by Friday. That gives everyone the weekend to plan. If Thursday does not work, the backup is Friday at 10 AM. I want to avoid pushing it into the following week because we need to talk about the budget numbers before the month ends. The room on the second floor is available both days, so booking is not a problem. I will post the final time in the group chat once I hear back.

We decided to move the weekly staff meeting from 9 AM to 2 PM starting next Monday. I looked at the old time and saw that 9 AM was causing problems for two people who have to drop off their kids at school. I talked to them separately after lunch on Tuesday. They both said 2 PM works much better for them. The room is the same, the small conference room near the front desk. I sent a calendar update on Wednesday afternoon to everyone who normally attends. The update shows the new time and the same room. I asked people to reply by Friday if the new time causes a conflict. So far, six people replied yes, two people have not replied yet, and nobody said no. I will check again tomorrow morning. If the two remaining people do not answer by Friday, I will assume the new time is fine and we will keep it at 2 PM.
