I met with Sarah yesterday about the storage room. We looked at the shelving and agreed it needs to be cleared out by Friday. I said I would move the old boxes to the back hallway, and she said she would handle the labeling. We also talked about the new shipment coming in on Monday. I told her I would be there at 8 AM to help unload. After that, we decided to meet again next Wednesday at noon to check the space. I wrote down the date and time in my phone so I don't forget.

I checked with Sam about next week and he said Tuesday works better than Thursday for him. I looked at my calendar and I have a dentist appointment on Tuesday morning at 9, so that rules out the morning. I'm thinking Tuesday at 1 PM would be good. Last week we met at 11, and that felt a little rushed before lunch. I will send an email later today with the time so everyone gets it before Friday.
