I checked my calendar for next week and I think I can make the Tuesday slot work. I was originally set for Thursday at 11, but I have a doctor's appointment that morning. I looked at the other options and Tuesday at 2 PM is open for me. I would prefer to keep the meeting under an hour so I can pick up my son from school by 3:15. I will send a note to the group today to confirm the change.

I checked my calendar for next week's meeting and saw that Tuesday afternoon is open for everyone on the list. Last week we met on Thursday, but two people had a conflict. I asked around and most said Tuesday works better. So I am planning to send out a time of 2 PM on Tuesday. If nothing changes before Friday, that will be the final time.
