Hello from your Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, September is Suicide Prevention Month, and Bay Pines VA encourages Veterans and their families to join the 4th Annual Suicide Prevention Awareness Day Event hosted by Health System Area (HSA) 2.3 (Legacy VISN 8) on Tuesday, Sept. 8, from 9 to 11 a.m. This virtual Microsoft Teams event is open to Veterans, family members and VA employees, and registration is not required. The event is designed to raise awareness about suicide prevention and remind everyone of the importance of reaching out when support is needed. During the event, participants will learn more about:
