I met with Karen on Tuesday at the library. We sat at a table near the windows because it was quieter there. She brought her folder with the budget numbers, and I had my notebook. We went over the list from last month. There were three items we both agreed we could cut. The paper order was one of them. I wrote down the new amounts next to the old ones. We also picked a date for the next meeting. It will be March 14 at 2 PM. I checked my calendar before I wrote it down. That day is open for me. Karen said she would send an email with the room number by Friday. I will wait for that before I put it on the shared board. After we finished, I walked back to my car. The whole meeting took about forty minutes. That was shorter than last time. I think it helped that we both had the same papers in front of us. I will type up my notes this evening.

I checked with Sam about next week's meeting, and he said Tuesday works better than Thursday. Last time we met at 9:30, but I'd like to move it to 11:00 because I have a doctor's appointment earlier. I'll send a quick note tomorrow with the room number and the updated time. If Tuesday at 11:00 doesn't work for you, let me know by Friday and we can try for Wednesday afternoon.
