I talked to Sam yesterday and we settled on a new time for the weekly check-in. We are going to move it from 9 AM to 11 AM starting next Monday. The earlier slot was getting hard for a few people because of school drop-offs and a new shift at work. 11 AM works better for most of us.

We also agreed to keep the meeting on Mondays for now. I checked my calendar and I do not have any conflicts at that time for the next month. The room we used before is booked at 11, so we will use the small conference room down the hall. I think it has the same screen setup, so we can still share notes.

I will send out a reminder on Friday with the new time and room number. If anyone cannot make it, they can tell me before the weekend and we can adjust. For now, I am planning on 11 AM Monday in the small room. That is the main change for this week.

I called the office today to check on the room for Thursday. The person who handles reservations said my name was not on the list yet. I gave her the date and the number of people again. She said she would send a confirmation email by tomorrow morning. I also asked her to include the time in the subject line so nothing gets mixed up. Last time we met, they had put us in the wrong room because two bookings had the same last name. I told her my last name is spelled the same way as the other person's, but my first name starts with a D. She said she would add that note to the file. I am going to check my email before I leave on Wednesday. If I do not see anything, I will call back and ask for the manager. I want to make sure we have the projector set up before we arrive. It is the same request I made last month.
