Somebody asked me a really good, really specific question: "Is the AI Receptionist able to book appointments and send confirmation of the booking?" I want to answer this one carefully, because I'd rather you know exactly what you're getting than have me oversell it to get a sale. Here's exactly what happens: The AI Receptionist answers the call, has a real conversation, and collects everything needed to book the appointment — name, number, the job, the timing they want. ...It lets the caller know someone will be reaching out to confirm. And it immediately notifies the business so they know a lead is sitting there. The business owner still makes the confirming call. That's not a flaw. That's the point. A missed call is a lost customer. A collected, notified, ready-to-confirm lead is a business owner picking up the phone to close a job that would've otherwise gone to voicemail and disappeared. AND then the business owner knows what you setup is actually working! I'd rather build you a business around something that actually works exactly as described than hype up a feature that doesn't hold up once a client starts using it. |
