I met with Dana on Tuesday to go over the new schedule. We went through the list of tasks and agreed on who does what. I wrote down the due dates for the first two weeks. We also talked about the budget line for supplies, and I said I would check the current balance by Friday. I will send a short note to the rest of the group once I have that number. We decided to meet again next Monday at 2 PM in the small room by the front desk. I put that time on my calendar so I do not forget.
