I called the office this morning and asked about the room for Thursday. They told me the booking from last month was still open, so I confirmed it again for 11 AM. I also checked the calendar to see if anyone had taken the earlier slot, and that one is free now. I think keeping it at 11 is fine, since the other time would mean rushing through lunch. I'll send a quick note tomorrow to remind everyone.

I have a meeting next Tuesday with the building manager. We are going to go over the repair schedule for the hallway. I wrote down the times from the last two meetings and they were both at 9:30 AM. I asked if we could move it to 11 AM this time because I have a delivery in the morning. He said 11 AM works for him. I will bring the printed list of repairs and a copy of the old schedule. I will not need to bring the estimate from the plumber because that was already emailed. After the meeting, I plan to post the new schedule by the mailboxes.
