I still have not heard back about the room for next week. I checked the calendar this morning, and Tuesday is completely open for me. I think the meeting will work best on Tuesday at 2 PM. I told Sarah I would confirm by Friday. I will send a note tomorrow if I don't get an answer today.

I have a meeting next week on Tuesday at 2 PM. I checked my calendar, and Thursday is also open right now. I told them Tuesday works better. I will go over the new schedule then and write down any changes. After that, I plan to follow up with an email on Wednesday.
