I checked with everyone about next week's meeting. Most people said Tuesday works, but one person has a dentist appointment that morning. I was thinking we could set it for Wednesday at 11 AM. That gives us a day to prepare after Monday. Last week we met at 9 AM and some people said it felt too early. I will send a confirmation email tomorrow with the room number and the final time.

I want to keep our meeting time the same as last week. I checked my calendar and Tuesday at 2 PM still works for me. I know I said I might need to move it, but my other appointment got cancelled. I think we should leave it where it is.
