I met with Dana on Tuesday about the schedule overlap. She said the Tuesday slot works better for her now that her other class moved to Thursday. I told her I can keep Tuesday if we start at 2 instead of 1. That gives me time to finish the morning errands first. We agreed to try 2 PM next week and see if the room is free then. I checked the room sign-up sheet after, and nobody had it booked for that hour. I'll send her a reminder the day before so we do not miss each other again.

I changed the meeting time to 2 PM this week. I looked at my calendar and I had a conflict with the old 11 AM slot. I need to leave by noon for an appointment on Thursday, so I moved it later. I told Sam and Dana about the change over email yesterday. I am not sure if the new time works for everyone, but I think it is better than canceling. I will send a reminder tomorrow morning with the room number again. I might keep the 2 PM time for next week too if it goes well.
