I have a meeting next week on Tuesday. It is with the building manager about the noise from the upstairs unit. I wrote down the time as 2:30 in the afternoon. I asked if we could meet in the lobby instead of the office, and he said that was fine. Last month I sent two emails about the same problem, but I did not get a clear answer. I printed those emails to bring with me so I can show the dates. I also made a short list of the hours when the noise is the worst. It is mostly between 10 at night and 1 in the morning. I am not expecting a quick fix, but I want a record that I brought it up in person. After the meeting, I will wait a week and then check if anything has changed. If not, I will contact the main office. I am keeping it simple and just going down the list.

I have a meeting next week on Tuesday morning at 9:30. I checked my calendar and that time is open for me, so I said yes to it. The meeting is about the new filing system they want to start using. I need to bring my notes from last month's training session. I already put the notes in my bag so I won't forget them. After the meeting, I plan to walk over to the post office to mail the payment I've been putting off. I think the meeting will take about an hour, maybe a little longer if people have questions. I'll eat lunch after that, probably around 11:30.
