I checked my calendar earlier today for the meeting next week. Tuesday is full for me, and Wednesday has a dentist appointment at 9 AM. Thursday looks open after lunch. I was comparing that with a note from last month when we met on a Friday at 2 PM. I think Thursday at 1 PM works better for my schedule. I still need to confirm with the room booking system before I send the invite. The system was down yesterday, so I could not finish that step. I will try again tomorrow morning and update everyone by noon.

I called the office today about the room for the meeting on Thursday. They had my reservation from last month but not the new one I sent on Monday. I told them the date and the time again, and they put it in the system while I was on the phone. The confirmation number is 4492. I also asked about the projector in that room, and they said it works but the cord is short. I am bringing my own HDMI cable just in case. The meeting is at 2 PM in room 203, same as before. I will check in at the front desk ten minutes early. That should be enough time to get the lights and the screen set up. I do not think we need to change the day. I am leaving the reservation as it is now.
