Hey, I got your message about the weekend plan. Sorry it took me a bit to get back to you. I had to wait until after the morning rush because the kitchen sink decided to start leaking again. Anyway, yes, I can bring that extra folding table we used for the garage project last year. It is still sitting behind the storage bins, but I can dig it out. I should be done with my errands by early afternoon, so I can swing by your place around three if that still works. If you need me to grab anything else from the hardware store on the way over, just send me a quick note. They usually have those small clips and zip ties in the back aisle. I know last time we ran out halfway through and had to improvise with tape. Let me know if your brother is bringing his toolbox again, because that would save me from loading mine. I will keep my phone nearby in case you think of something else. Looking forward to finally getting that shelf sorted out.

I think the best way to handle the community garden layout is to start with the raised beds along the south fence. The morning light there is really good for leafy greens and herbs. We can put the tomato cages on the north side where they will get afternoon sun without burning. Someone left a stack of cedar planks near the compost area, and those are still in decent shape if we want to build a third bed. I will not be able to make it Saturday morning because I have a dentist appointment, but I can come by after lunch. Let me know if the water line is working yet, because last time we had to carry buckets from the spigot by the shed. I also found an old wheelbarrow in my garage that we can use for moving soil. It has a slightly wobbly wheel, but it holds fine. If anyone has extra seeds or starter plants, we should pool everything and make a list before we dig.
