I'm changing my meeting times for next week. I was looking at my calendar, and I saw that I had two meetings on Monday afternoon. I decided to move the first one to 9:30 AM instead of 2 PM. The other meeting can stay at 3 PM, but I want to shorten it from 60 minutes to 30 minutes. I checked with the people involved, and they said either time works for them. I also noticed that my Thursday morning meeting overlaps with a doctor's appointment. I'm going to reschedule that meeting for Friday at 11 AM. I texted the group to confirm the new time, and I'm waiting to hear back from one person. I plan to send a reminder email tomorrow morning so everyone has the updated times in writing. I think these changes will make my schedule less crowded during the middle of the week.

I have a meeting next Tuesday at 11 AM with two people from the rental office. We are going to look at the hallway closet and the water heater area. I wrote down the list of problems from last month, and I will bring that paper with me. The office said the meeting will take about thirty minutes. I am going to leave work a little early that day so I can be home by 10:45. I already told my supervisor about the early leave, and she said that was fine.
