Ggg, if you haven't yet read our full alert on GRML from last night, do so NOW below and make sure you have this Nasdaq play on your screen at the Opening Bell!

Washington has spent two years discovering the same uncomfortable fact: the West does not control the metals its magnets, jets and power grids are built from. China does.

That single vulnerability has turned critical-minerals mining plays into some of the most interesting plays on the Nasdaq. Yesterday, one stock changed its share structure overnight and after major news is our Reverse Split MEGA play!

WE ARE ISSUING AN IMMEDIATE ALERT ON GRML!

Greenland Mines Ltd (NASDAQ: GRML) is a Nasdaq-listed company focused on the exploration and development of the Skaergaard Project in southeast Greenland and, subject to closing of the previously announced transaction, the Sarfartoq neodymium-praseodymium (Nd-Pr) rare earths project in southwest Greenland.

Yesterday, the company released an independently prepared S-K 1300 Technical Report Summary for Sarfartoq site.  The report confirms high-grade resource enriched in the most valuable magnet rare earths positioning Sarfartoq as a potential cornerstone Western alternative to Chinese rare earth supply.

"“This is a defining moment for Greenland Mines and for Sarfartoq," said Bo Møller Stensgaard, President of Greenland Mines.

And the timing of what just happened with GRML is almost impossible to ignore.

On Friday, the stock rallied more than 22%, while volume surged to its heaviest level since the symbol began trading in March - a possible sign that traders are beginning to take serious notice.

GRML’S NEW BATTLE LINES HAVE BEEN DRAWN

THIS ISN’T JUST A REVERSE-SPLIT STORY... This is a story where an overlooked Nasdaq Stock could find itself near the center of Geopolitics.

Here's what really separates GRML from the rest...

The very morning its new share structure went live, the company made a milestone announcement.

After more than 15 years of exploration history, the first S-K 1300 Indicated Mineral Resource report for its proposed Sarfartoq Nd-Pr Rare Earths Project was released.  The deposit is enriched in magnet rare earths including including neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium and terbium. (read more about the full report here).

Why could the be a Game-Changer?

The rare-earth story itself could be about to change in a BIG way.

Yesterday, the Trump administration unveiled a plan aimed at further isolating Iran’s economy, including a threat to impose severe sanctions on any country or entity that continues doing business with Iran.

That could put China directly in Washington’s crosshairs. Why?

China is estimated to have purchased an estimate 80% of Iran’s shipped oil last year potentially putting the world’s dominant critical-minerals power at the center of an entirely new geopolitical showdown.

Trump's trade war with China, the country who absolutely dominates many of the world’s critical-minerals markets could now be entering an entirely new frontier.

And this time, the fight could increasingly involve the very critical-mineral supply chains the U.S. has spent years trying to secure: the same critical-minerals sector GRML operates in.

$125 ANALYST TARGET + A ‘STRONG BUY’ CONSENSUS?

According to industry leader investing.comits analyst consensus currently shows a STRONG BUY for GRML, with a Price Target of $125, that is over 1,300% UPSIDE potential from current levels.

And yet after the stock split GRML is still trading under $9!!!

THE BOTTOM LINE

Look at what has happened to GRML in just ONE trading day... A massive 1-FOR-50 REVERSE SPLIT completely reset the stock's chart.

The company simultaneously delivered Sarfartoq's FIRST-EVER Indicated Mineral Resource under S-K 1300.

And Washington just launched a new economic offensive against Iran that could put China, the dominant exporter of rare earth minerals directly back into the geopolitical spotlight.

Meanwhile, according to Investing.com GRML carries a STRONG BUY consensus and a split-adjusted $125 price target.

Yet after ALL of that... GRML CLOSED MONDAY AT JUST $8.55!

And that's what makes this so interesting.

Friday brought a 22% rally... Monday brought the reverse split, the rare-earth milestone and an entirely new chart...

Could GRML turn this post-split reset into the BOTTOM BOUNCE traders have been waiting for?
