I stopped at the store on the way home from work today. Traffic was heavier than usual, so I got there around 6:15 PM instead of 6. I needed milk, bread, eggs, and some chicken for the next few days. The store had a sale on chicken, so I bought two packs and put one in the freezer. I also picked up a bag of apples because we were out. The checkout line was long, but it moved okay. I got home around 7 and put everything away before making dinner. I think I spent about forty dollars in total, which was close to what I had planned.

I called the restaurant today to confirm our reservation for Thursday. They had us down for 6:30, not 7:00, so I changed it to 7:00. I also asked for a table by the window, and they said they would try. I'll call again on Wednesday afternoon just to double-check. If the window table is not available, I think the booth near the back would be fine. Let me know if you want me to change the time again.
