I have a meeting next week that I've been getting ready for. It's on Tuesday at 1:30 PM, and I checked the location again this morning. The address is the same as last time, but they changed the room number from 204 to 312. I wrote that down so I don't mix it up. I also plan to leave my house by 12:40 PM because parking took about twenty minutes last month. I'm bringing two printed copies of the notes I made, one for me and one for the other person, just in case they didn't get the email I sent on Friday. I'm not expecting a long meeting, probably under an hour. After it's over I'll come straight home and update my calendar for the next one. I already blocked off the afternoon so nothing else gets scheduled. I feel fine about it now that I know the time and room are settled.

I checked the calendar and moved our meeting to Tuesday at 9:15 this week. We had it at 2:00 last Tuesday, but I have a repair appointment that afternoon. I let Sam know earlier today, and he said that time works fine for him too. We can still use the same room near the front desk. I also added fifteen minutes at the end for questions, since we ran out of time last week. If Tuesday starts to look busy for you, let me know by Monday afternoon and I can send an alternative. I would rather pick a time that works for all of us than have people rushing to catch up. For now, I am planning on Tuesday morning and will bring a printed copy of the notes so we can go through them together.
