We changed the Tuesday meeting to 2:30 PM. I sent the room booking request yesterday afternoon. The previous time was 11 AM, but two people had a conflict every week. I checked with the rest of the group before making the change. The room near the stairwell was free for the new slot. I will update the shared calendar this evening. We will meet at the same time next week unless someone raises a problem. I want to keep the meeting under forty minutes if possible.

I have a meeting next week on Wednesday at 2 PM. I checked my calendar yesterday and saw that Thursday is already full. I told Sam I would bring the updated list of costs. I also need to look at the old notes from last month before I go. I think we will talk about the new office space for about an hour. I want to ask if the start date can move to the first of the month instead of the fifteenth. I wrote that question down on a piece of paper by my desk. I will drive over after lunch and park in the side lot near the back door like I did last time. I plan to leave my house at 1:15 so I have time to find a seat and get settled before it starts.
