I called the office about our meeting room for Thursday. They said the reservation for 2 PM still shows on their list. I asked them to add two more chairs because Mark and Dana are coming this time. Last month we had four people and it was a little tight. The same room worked fine, so we will keep it. I also asked about the projector cord and they said it is in the drawer by the window. I will stop by ten minutes early to check the table and the sign-in sheet. If anything changes before then, I will send you a text the night before.

I talked with Sam earlier about next week's meeting. He said Tuesday works for him, but only after lunch. Wednesday is open for me all day. I checked the room schedule, and the small room by the front desk is free on Thursday at 10. That might be the easiest one to use. I was going to send a note tomorrow and ask if Thursday at 10 is fine for everyone. If not, we can fall back to Tuesday at 1.
