I called the restaurant again today and asked about the room for the 14th. They said the reservation is still pending because they need a headcount by Friday. I gave them my best guess of eight people, but I told them I would confirm after I hear back from two others. The manager said that was fine and that they would hold the room until noon on Friday. I also asked about the setup and they said they can do one long table instead of separate ones. I think that will be easier for everyone to talk. I am planning to send a short message to the group tomorrow with the time and address so no one has to search for it.

I'll be back in the office next week. I was working from home the last few days because of the internet repair at my apartment. The technician finished yesterday, and the connection is steady now. I plan to come in Monday morning around 8:30. I checked the parking situation, and they still have open spots on the third level. After I get settled, I need to follow up on the file request from Wednesday. I will also pick up the printer paper from the supply room since we ran out on my floor. That should get things back to normal for the week.
