I called the office yesterday about the room for Tuesday. They said the main room was already taken for 11 AM. I asked about the smaller room next to the stairs, and that one is open. So the meeting is now set for 11 AM in that smaller room. I will send a reminder on Monday.

I'm trying to set the meeting for next week, but I'm still waiting on two people to confirm their availability. I sent a message on Thursday asking for the best days, and so far only one person has replied. Right now it looks like Tuesday or Wednesday would work for most of us. I want to keep it in the morning so it doesn't run into the afternoon schedule. Last month we met at 9:30, and that seemed fine, so I'll suggest the same time. Once I hear back from the last person, I'll send out a note with the date and the room number. I'm hoping to have it settled by Monday so everyone has a few days' notice.
