We moved the Tuesday meeting to 4:30 PM last week. I checked my calendar and the old time was 2:00 PM. The later slot works better for me now. I put it on the shared schedule for the next six weeks. I sent a note to Mark and Dana about the change yesterday. They both said the new time is fine. We will keep it at 4:30 PM unless something comes up. I do not plan to change it again for a while.

I still don't know when the meeting will be next week. I checked the calendar this morning and Thursday is free, but Friday has a conflict in the late morning. I was looking at my notes from last month, and we moved the meeting twice that time. I think I'll ask on Monday if 2 PM on Thursday works for everyone. That gives me a few days to get the papers together before then.
