I told him I would pick up the wood on Friday after work, and he said he could start on Saturday morning around nine. We also agreed to split the cost of the materials evenly, and I wrote down the total from the lumber yard. I left with a list of board sizes so I do not buy the wrong length. The next step is for me to call the yard on Thursday and confirm they have everything in stock, then text Sam a photo of the receipt so he knows the final number.

I checked the new schedule for our weekly check-in. The old time was every Wednesday at 9 AM. This week I have a dentist appointment at 8:30, so I'll be late if we keep it the same. I wrote to Maria about shifting it to Thursday at 2 PM. She said that works for her, and Dan hasn't replied yet. I can send a reminder tomorrow morning. For next month, I want to set a fixed afternoon slot, maybe 1:30 on Tuesdays. That would give me time to finish the morning delivery route first. I put a note on the shared calendar with two options for next week. We can just pick one by Friday.
