I have a meeting next week on Wednesday. It is with the building manager and two other tenants. We need to go over the new parking rules before they start on the first. I asked for a morning time because I have a job in the afternoon. The manager said 9:30 works for him. The other tenant wanted 10:15 but I cannot stay that late. I sent a note this morning agreeing to 9:30. I wrote down two questions about guest parking and the overnight limit. I will bring the old parking map with me so we can mark the changes. After the meeting I am going straight to work. I told my supervisor I might be ten minutes late. The meeting should not run past 10:15. I want to be out of the room by then.
