I checked my calendar this morning and saw next week is getting full. Monday and Tuesday already have other things booked. Wednesday afternoon is open right now. I asked Sam if that works, and he said yes. So I am thinking we meet on Wednesday at 2 PM. That is later than our usual time, which was 11 AM last time. I will send a reminder on Tuesday so nobody forgets. If something changes, I will let everyone know by Monday evening.

I checked the shared calendar this morning and saw that next week is still open. The room is booked for Tuesday at 2 PM as a placeholder, but I am not sure that works for everyone. I talked to Sam yesterday and he said Thursday after lunch would be better. I am going to send a note later today to ask if Thursday at 1 PM works. If two people say no, I will keep the Tuesday time and tell everyone by Friday afternoon.
