Hey, thanks for looping me in on this. I took a look at the notes you left on the shared drive and everything seems to be in order.
I did spot a couple of minor things that might be worth double-checking before the end of the week.
The first one is the formatting on the third page of the document you uploaded.
It looked like the margins shifted slightly when I opened it on my end, which might be because of the font substitution.
If you switch the body text to something more standard, it should hold up across different machines.
The second item is just a small typo in the header where the date got repeated twice.
It is not a big deal, but I know you like to keep things polished for the team.
Beyond that, I think the structure you outlined is solid and the timeline looks realistic.
I can circle back on Thursday after my morning meeting if you want to review the changes together.
That block from ten to noon is usually pretty quiet for me so we could hop on a quick call then.
If you would rather handle it asynchronously, I can leave comments in the doc and you can resolve them whenever it works for your schedule.
Either way works for me. Let me know what you are thinking and I will adjust my day around it.
Hope the rest of your afternoon goes smoothly and the weather holds up for your commute home.
So you know how last weekend a few of us were talking about trying that new place over on the east side?
Well, I finally managed to get through on the phone and apparently they are not taking any more reservations for this month.
Which is honestly kind of wild because I did not think it would fill up that fast.
The person I spoke with did mention they sometimes have a few open seats at the counter if you show up right when they open.
I realize that is not exactly the same as having a proper table but it might be a decent backup option.
Do you think it is worth trying that, or should we just hold off and go somewhere more dependable?
I also heard from Caroline that the place down by the river added a new section to their patio.
She said it is mostly shaded in the afternoon and they have those big fans going so it stays comfortable.
That could be a good fit for a larger group if everyone still wants to come along.
I am open to either one, really. My only real requirement is that we do not end up waiting outside for an hour like last time.
Let me know what you think and I can start a group message with the usual crew.
No rush though, we have a few days to figure it out.
I hope your week is going okay so far and that your project is not keeping you too late.

I got your message about the team outing and I am definitely in for whatever we end up deciding.
My only constraint is that I have to be back by six on Friday because I promised my neighbor I would help move some boxes.
That should still give us plenty of time if we meet up around three or three thirty.
I know you mentioned the park as an option, which honestly sounds great if the weather cooperates.
If it rains, we can always fall back on that coffee shop near the plaza that has the long tables in the back.
I think the last time we were there, the staff was really easygoing about us staying for a couple of hours.
The only thing I would say is maybe avoid the place with the orange awning because it gets way too loud in the late afternoon.
My cousin went there a few weeks ago and said she could barely hear herself think.
Anyway, I am easy to please on this one, so just count me as a yes.
I will keep an eye on the group chat for the final plan and I can bring some snacks if we do the park.
Let me know if anyone wants me to pick up anything specific on my way over.
Have a good one and talk soon.
