I met with Sarah and Tom on Tuesday afternoon. We talked about the schedule for the spring cleanup day, and we agreed to hold it on the first Saturday in May. I had been thinking we could do it in late April, but Tom pointed out that more people are free after the end of the month. That made sense to me.

We also decided to rent two extra trash bins this year instead of one, because we filled the single bin by noon last time. Sarah said she will call the rental company on Thursday to confirm the price and delivery time. I checked my calendar and I can pick up the extra bags and gloves that weekend.

After the meeting, I wrote down a list of what each of us is doing before the cleanup. I will send a short update to the group on Friday so everyone has the date and time in one place.

I've got a meeting next week to go over the new filing system. It's on Tuesday at 9:30 in the small room by the front desk. I want to bring up the problem with the shared drive, since two people already told me they lost work last month. I also need to ask if we can push the training to Thursday instead of Wednesday. Wednesday I have a dentist appointment at 1, and I don't want to miss the first hour of training. I wrote down three questions on a note card so I don't forget. I think the meeting will take about 45 minutes. That's what the email said. I'll be there early to get a seat near the projector.
