I have the meeting next week on Tuesday. I was going to put it off, but I think we should just get it done now. I checked my calendar and I am free after 2 PM. I know the last time we met it was in the morning, and that did not work well for me. I was going to suggest 2:30 PM instead. I am going to send out an invite tonight so everyone has time to plan. I am not sure if the room by the front desk is open, so I will ask about that first. If it is not open, we can use the one by the break room. I think that room has a better screen anyway. I will bring the printouts we talked about last month. I was looking at the notes and I have most of them ready. I still need to add the revised numbers, but I will do that before the meeting. I am not going to change the whole format this time. I just want to go over the main items and keep it under an hour.

I'm moving our Tuesday check-in to 4:30 PM starting next week. I compared it with the current 9 AM slot, and it's easier for most of us after the morning workload clears. Wednesdays are still open for short follow-ups if someone can't make Tuesday. I updated the calendar invite this morning, so the new time should already show for everyone. Last month we had three late arrivals because of the early start, and I don't want that to keep happening. If 4:30 PM becomes a problem for anyone, let me know by Friday and I'll look at moving it again. For now, plan on the later time. I'll send a reminder the day before the first one so nobody misses the change.
