Right, that coincided with the same morning as last Monday. I intended to stop by them this week but simply ran out of hours. I think we can move the appointments to another opening this week after our return. I was planning to ask when they would return but that lands on a separate day this week. You might enjoy preparing a traditional Venezuelan pabellón criollo (meaning national flag). It combines beef, rice, plantains and black beans, and it's enjoyable to make. OR, I could be any one of 3 remarkable Mexican specialties: birria, (with beef) cochinito pibíl (with pork) or chiles en nogada (stuffed poblano peppers in a creamy walnut sauce).
