Right, that was the very same day from last Monday. I expected to stop by this week but simply ran short of hours. I think we are able to alter the schedule to another spot this week after we return. I was going to ask what time they might be back but that lands on a different day this week. Perhaps you could experiment with a traditional Venezuelan pabellón criollo (truly, national flag). At its core it's shredded beef, rice, plantains and black beans, but enjoyable to cook. OR, I could be any one of 3 amazing Mexican meals: birria, (with beef) cochinito pibíl (with pork) or chiles en nogada (stuffed poblano chiles in a rich sauce).
