I sent a follow-up message about the meeting room reservation on Tuesday. I had called last Friday and the front desk said the room was available, but I never got a written confirmation. When I called again this morning, they said the system was down the day I called. I asked them to send me an email with the date and time in writing. If I do not hear back by tomorrow afternoon, I will go to the office in person.

I stopped at the store on the way home from work yesterday. I got there around 5:40 and the parking lot was fairly full. I needed milk, bread, eggs, and coffee. I also picked up a bag of oranges because they were on sale. The checkout line was long, so I used the self-checkout instead. It took me about fifteen minutes total. I was home by 6:10, which was faster than last week. Last week I went on a Saturday and it was much more crowded. I think I will keep going on weekdays after work. It saves time and the shelves are stocked better.
