I'm meeting with the coordinator next Thursday at 9:30 AM. We're going to go over the schedule for the next two months. I was told the room will be the same one as last time, which is the small room near the front desk. I checked my notes from the last meeting, and we spent the whole hour just talking about forms. I don't want to do that again. This time I plan to bring a printed list of open items and ask about each one. I also found out that the other person who usually attends is not coming because of a trip. So it might just be the two of us in the room, and that could make the meeting shorter. I'm not sure yet. I'll write a short summary after it ends so I remember what was decided.

I called the reservation office again this morning to follow up on next week's meeting room. The first time I checked was last Thursday, and the room we wanted was still marked as pending. This time the person on the phone said it is confirmed now for the 14th at 2 PM. I told them we might need an extra half hour at the end for cleanup, and they said the room is free until 4 PM, so that is fine. I also asked about the projector connection, because last time the cable was missing. They said there is a spare cable at the front desk now. I wrote down the confirmation number on a note by my laptop, and I will bring that note with me on the day. I do not think we need to call again before the meeting.
