I called the office this morning about the room for our meeting on Thursday. I still hadn't heard back from my earlier email, so I wanted to check the reservation directly. I spoke with someone at the front desk, and they told me the room is still open for 2 PM. I asked them to hold it under my name for two hours. I also found out the projector is included, which is what we used last time. I'll send a reminder to everyone tomorrow with the same room number as before.

I checked with everyone about when they can meet this month. Two people can only do Tuesday mornings now, and one person is not free until after 2 PM. I think Tuesday at 3 PM works for most of us. We used to start at 10 AM, but that is not going to fit anymore. I will send a note to confirm the new time.
