I have a meeting next week. It is on Thursday at 2 PM. That is what they sent me in the email. I was a little surprised because we usually meet on Mondays. I wrote back and said Thursday works for me. I need to find my notes from the last meeting. I think they are in a folder on my desk. I might also print out the list of questions I made. That way I will not forget anything. After the meeting, I will send a short email to the group. I will write down what we decided and who is doing what. I do not want to be the one who forgets the details again. The meeting should not take more than an hour. I will get there ten minutes early to set up my laptop. I hope the room has a working projector this time.

I have a meeting set for next Tuesday. It is at the office on Pine Street this time, not the other one. The start time is 9:30 AM. I checked my calendar and I have nothing else that morning. They want to talk about the schedule and the new procedure for reports. I wrote down three questions so I do not forget them. I do not think it will take more than an hour. I will drive over early to make sure I get a parking spot. After the meeting I am going back to the house to finish the other work. I told them I could not stay for lunch afterward because I already had a plan. I expect we will decide the next steps by the end of it.
