Honestly I ended up taking the long way home just to see if the road was still
there after all that rain. The potholes near the mill
are worse than I remembered, so maybe I will just stick to the park route
for a while. Either way the detour was kind of nice.

Yeah I tried that new reading nook setup over the weekend and it did
not quite work the way I pictured. The light comes in too strong during
the afternoon so I moved everything to the other wall
and now it feels much calmer. Sometimes that is all it takes.
