I met with Sam on Tuesday about the yard work. We talked for about twenty minutes and agreed to start next Friday instead of this week. His truck will be available then. I checked my schedule, and the morning works best for me. I told him 8 AM would be fine, and he said that works. We'll meet at the side gate first.

I met with Sarah and Tom on Tuesday to go over the repair list. We agreed the roof work should happen first, before the rainy season starts in October. I said I would get two more quotes by Friday and send them over. Tom is going to check with the building manager about the parking area closure during the work. We plan to meet again next Wednesday at 9 AM to compare numbers.
