Meet the AI-powered patient you didn’t plan for
The 2026 Future of Health Report makes it clear: AI has reshaped healthcare. Patients who use AI say they trust it nearly as much as their doctor. And they’re ready to walk away from outdated models for a better experience. You need to meet patients’ needs or risk them disengaging altogether. ZS can help. Built on data from 10,000 healthcare consumers and professionals across three markets, the report shows how life sciences leaders can transform touch points into turning points for patients.
