I sent another email about the meeting room earlier. The first message from Tuesday got no reply, so I called the office number this morning. They said the booking for Thursday still shows as pending, not confirmed. I asked if there was a smaller room open at the same time, and they said yes, room 2B is free from 1 to 2. I told them to hold that one under my name while I wait on the first room. I will call again tomorrow around 9 if nothing comes through by then.

I called the office again this morning about the room for Tuesday. They had my first request but it was still marked as pending with no confirmation number. I asked them to check the small conference room on the second floor instead, since the main one was already taken for most of the day. They said they would send an email by the end of today. If I don't hear back, I'll stop by the front desk after lunch tomorrow.
