Yeah I finally got around to cleaning out the garage last weekend and found boxes I forgot we even had. Mostly old cables and some camping gear from years ago. I kept a couple of things but most of it went to the donation bin down the road. It felt good to clear all that space out honestly.
Anyway that was my whole Saturday basically. Hope your weekend was a little more exciting than mine was.

So yeah I tried that new recipe last night with the roasted vegetables and the lemon herb sauce. It turned out way better than I expected honestly. I think the trick was letting the pan get really hot before adding everything.
Next time I might add a little garlic and maybe some fresh parsley right at the end. Anyway just thought I'd share in case you were looking for something new to cook this week.
