Yeah, I finally got around to replying to Jamie yesterday. We ended up talking about weekend plans and whether the community garden on the corner still has open plots. I think they mentioned something about bringing extra tomato seedlings if anyone wants them. It was a nice break from the usual routine honestly. I might swing by the library after work too to return a couple of books that are due soon.

Honestly I kept meaning to send that group chat a photo from the hike, but my phone died right as we got to the overlook. We ended up sitting on the rocks for a while just watching the clouds move past the ridge. On the way back we stopped at the little bakery by the creek and grabbed sourdough before they closed. It was a good day overall, nothing complicated, just nice weather and a long walk with a few good conversations thrown in.
