Honestly I think the easiest thing is just to prep everything the night before. I used to scramble around each morning looking for my keys and my badge and whatever else, and half the time I would forget something anyway. So now I put my bag by the door, charge my phone on the kitchen counter, and lay out clothes before bed. It sounds kind of boring but it really does make the mornings feel less chaotic and I am way less likely to walk out without my lunch or my umbrella on a rainy day.
I also started keeping a tiny notebook in my bag for random thoughts during the day, nothing fancy, just a place to dump to-do items when they pop into my head.

For the longest time I assumed I had to drink coffee first thing to feel awake, but I started experimenting with just warm water and a short walk before breakfast and honestly I was surprised. It is not for everyone obviously and I still have coffee later in the morning, but the early routine feels gentler somehow. I also shifted my reading habit to the evening because I never actually retained anything when I tried to read in bed after a long day.
Anyway that is what has been working for me lately, nothing dramatic, just small adjustments that ended up sticking.
