I moved our check-in to Thursday at 9:30. That is the only slot everyone had open. Two people have a conflict at noon now because of a new work schedule. We tried 8 AM, but one person said that was too early after night shifts. I wrote the new day and time in the group chat. I'll send a reminder the night before so no one misses it.
