Hey, I finally got around to trying that baked ziti recipe you sent over last weekend. I used a bit more basil than it called for and honestly it made a huge difference. My kitchen smelled incredible for hours after. Next time I might add some roasted mushrooms too. Hope your week is going well so far. Catch up soon, maybe Friday if you are free after work. Yeah I finished that documentary series we were talking about last time we hung out. The second episode kind of dragged for me but the final three really pulled it together. I thought the cinematography in the lake scenes was beautiful. Maybe we can do a watch party for the director's earlier work sometime soon. I also found a little taco place near the park that does a really excellent salsa verde. Not sure if you have tried it yet but I would recommend it.
