I'll be home later than I planned. I stayed back to finish the last shipment because it was piling up. The drive usually takes an hour, but there's road work near the exit again. I'll leave by six and should be back around seven thirty. I'll call when I'm on the way.

I stopped at the store on the way home from work today. I picked up milk, bread, and a few cans of soup. The store was not too crowded, which was good because I was tired. I compared two brands of bread and went with the one on sale. It saved me about a dollar. I also got a bag of apples instead of the chips I was going to buy. I got home around 6:30 and put everything away. The milk went right into the fridge. I will need to go back on Saturday for more things.
